Where are your handmade scrunchies made?

We proudly make them in United States.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

You will receive your order confirmation within an hour of placing the order online.

How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

After submitting the order, you will have 30 minutes from the time of placing the order to make certain changes like:

How will I know when my order has shipped?

When will I receive my order?

If you selected Economy shipping method:

You should receive your order within 5 to 8 business days after placing the order.

If you selected Standard shipping method:

You should receive your order within 3 to 4 business days after placing the order.

Note: Sometimes there might be delays due to some unforeseen situations.

I received an item, different than the one I ordered. What should I do?

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page or reach out to us at support@lenfaz.com. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping options?

Currently we ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. (United Parcel Service).

Do you ship to PO Box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO box or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Do you ship international?

Currently we ship only to United States.

What do I do if my package never arrived?

Once your package leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to your address, shipping liabilities are with USPS, and UPS. In the unfortunate event your package is damaged, lost or stolen while in transit, please contact us via the Contact Us page or reach out to us at support@lenfaz.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

For standard checkout we accept Visa, Master, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

For express checkout, we offer ShopPay, PayPal, and GooglePay.

How does BOGO promotion work?

When BOGO promotion is offered, you have to buy two or more products to be eligible for the discount. Discount will be calculated on the lowest priced item in your cart.

Do you need to have coupon code to get the BOGO discount?

You do not need any coupon code for BOGO discounts. When you have two or more items in your cart, the discount will be automatically calculated.

Can I use other coupons along with BOGO discounts?

You cannot combine other promotions or discounts like product discounts, order discounts, and shipping discounts with BOGO promotion.

Is the BOGO promotion always available?

We offer the BOGO and other promotions from time to time. BOGO promotions are usually for a limited time period only. Please keep visiting the site for updates. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will be informed about all promotions via email.
